I spend most of my day emailing potential students with information about the school and questions they may have to try to get them to enroll. I also work with current students to answer any questions and move them onto other courses or unenroll them once they have completed them. A CRM seemed like the perfect way to streamline my day-to-day activities. We decided to go with HubSpot. While a CRM platform was completely new to us, Luis was very helpful in trying to answer our questions or find answers if he didn't have them. There was some confusion at first but most of that was due to our inexperience with CRMs and the language barrier between "students" and "sales". Once I changed my mindset to see the students AS sales it became much more clear to me. Any time I needed help Luis always responded promptly.
